liabilities and cash flows.
As a result of many years of experience, we make available to each student a set of reports, tools in form of spreadsheets in excel, for calculation and planning of production cycle. During the training each participant learn how to make the best
use of mentioned tools.

Training content
The estimated duration of this training is 12 classes, divided into 6 blocks in two days. The manual and all materials used by the participants are provided in printed and electronic form. Training takes place in small groups of up to 12 participants
in a comfortable and technically fully equipped space.
