Founder and CEO of LFA BUSINESS CONSULTING, Laura Fodor Agošton is a professional with proficiency and extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate banking and credit risk management. From 2003 to 2011 she was engaged as head of corporate banking division in two banks, from 2007 to 2011 being also member of the board of directors. From 2012 she has been successfully involved in business consulting and education running her own business consultancy mainly focused on SMEs helping them to improve their business operations by implementing financial management skills. She has collected relevant experience on industry sectors and financial markets in Serbia and region, SMEs in agriculture, manufacturing, trade and social entrepreneurship. Additionally she has a valuable experience as trainer and mentor in financial management, management accounting and credit risk management for clients of various level of knowledge and professional experience.
